I love talking about happiness and I am absolutely happy to write about this today. Nobody hates Happiness, right? Unless, we are a little crazy in our heads and start hating almost everything that happens in our lives. Hehehe! Come on, guys! Loosen up! I must tell you that Boomerang is one of the happiest places I've ever been to and there are a lot of secret tips we follow to keep our souls cheerful. I am going to share with you some of the little things that I do to keep myself going, no matter how the day goes. So why don't you try these out too? 💁🏻
1. The Happy-Memory Jar
Once you start doing this, you'll never let go of it. The Happy-Memory Jar works super-simple. Pick a jar from the shelf and decorate the jar to your heart's content. Every time you experience something that has made your day, write it down on a piece of paper, fold it and drop into the jar. It is ideal to start this from the first day of the year, so you can open the jar on the last day and smile about all the good things that made your year. Cool, isn't it? 😋
2. Create your Bucket list
If you are feeling that your life is monotonous, then this would be the ice-breaker. Write down all the things that you would love to do in a year or in a lifetime as well. You can take things slow and cross down your favourites to do, one by one. 3. Write a letter to yourself

This can be a letter to the future "You". You can pick a timeline, let's say 5 years and open your first letter at the end of the 5th year. This is definitely put a smile on your face. 💌
4. Design your own Vision Board
If you love art and craft, then this should be your thing. Creating a Vision board is a cake-walk and also fun. Pick out all the characters that inspire you, quotes that make your life better and anything/everything that lights you up. Get yourself geared up for what you want to be and pin it up on your vision board. 📋
5. Short-term Goals list
For those who want to be productive and are struggling to get the balance, this is yours. Most of the times, our laziness and loss of productivity at work causes hindrance to our happiness. Maintaining a short-term goals list will help you steer through all the clutter and always keep you on check. Say hi to Happiness now! 🎯
