FAQ

What is the estimated delivery time? 
You can expect your order to be delivered within 4-10 working days. 

What if I get a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us with your contact details on pixievault@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.

What is your return policy? 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is your refund policy?

If the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your account or you can choose to get it exchanged for some other product of the same value.  

Can I cancel my order? 
You can cancel your order if the product hasn't been shipped. Please mail a request with your order number to pixievault@gmail.com as soon as you can. 

Will I be notified after the product is shipped? 
Yes. The Tracking details will be mailed to you as soon as the product is shipped.
